Any reservation made on the Gîte L'Orangeraie website implies acceptance of these conditions.

Reservation

Accommodation is offered subject to availability.

The reservation becomes final after validation of the reservation and the payment requested during the ordering process.

Prices

The applicable rates are those displayed on the website at the time of booking. The applicable tourist tax is charged in addition, according to current regulations.

Payment

A deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay is required upon booking. The balance is due according to the terms and conditions specified at the time of booking.

Cancelation

Cancellation is free up to 7 days before the arrival date.

In case of cancellation occurring less than 7 days before the arrival date, the total amount of the stay is due and non-refundable.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions applicable to accommodation services provided on a specific date or at specific intervals, the 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to certain distance contracts does not apply to accommodation bookings.

Arrival and departure

The applicable arrival and departure times are those indicated at the time of booking.

Occupation

Accommodation must be occupied within the limit of the number of people indicated at the time of booking.

Travellers agree to respect the premises, the equipment made available to them, as well as the peace and quiet of the property and the neighbourhood.

Responsibility

Gîte L'Orangeraie cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of equipment or failure by the traveler to comply with these conditions.

The personal data collected during the booking process is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

In case of difficulty, the traveler is invited to contact Le Gîte L'Orangeraie first in order to seek an amicable solution.
